Meet Trina, Certified Fit Specialist
Trina joined the TEDS team in 2007. She is extremely proficient in understanding foot and ankle biomechanics. She is a Certified Procare Fit Specialist, which means she has taken a series of courses offered to us by the New Balance Athletic Shoe Company. Trina is our resident "product tester". Whenever we get new shipments of shoes in, she tries them on and evaluates the cushioning, support, and application for each new model. Trina has been involved in the medical side of our business as well. She molds and forms our pre-fabricated orthotics, and understands the importance of proper shoe fit for diabetics, and problematic feet. When Trina is not working, she enjoys running, distance swimming, and taking care of her horses!

Louise Shares her Experience with Ted's Sports
93 year old Louise Lasalce is a resident of Keene for 26 years. She walks 10 miles per day!! Louise places a ton of value on the shoes she wears. She enjoys our team here at TEDS because we fit shoes the old fashioned way. The sit and fit process is the experience she was used to over the years, and with today's "self service" mentality in many of the box stores, Louise felt she needed more. She walks because she loves the energy it gives her, and we love her now famous quote "walking makes everything in the world look brighter."

Meet Matt, Certified Fit Specialist
Matt joined the TEDS team in 2007. A New England Champion in the Javelin, and Captain of his High School football team, Matt has been involved in sports all his life. He has spent hours training his body to accell at a high level. He appreciates how important the proper fit is when it comes to being an athlete. Matt has completed extensive training with New Balance on foot and ankle anatomy, shoe design, and human biomechanics to better understand how the foot reacts with the ground. He has toured the New Balance Factory and has been involved with helping the Walking Design Team at New Balance develop a new walking shoe! This has given him a ProCare Fit Specialist status that fewer than 10 people in the state of NH have achieved!

Matt has also been successful in achieving his Theraputic Shoe Fitter Certification by Aetrex Worldwide. This achievement allows Matt to understand medical situations that may arise in the foot and ankle. "Having your shoes fit correctly for all active sports is really important. It can prevent injuries, and provide you with a great comfortable playing experience, and help your game come to the next level! I like working with the first time customers here at TEDS because I like to share with them what sets us apart from the other shoe stores in the area. I can take them through our whole fitting process, and get them in a great pair of shoes that will make them happy"

He works closely with several Podiatrists in our area to fill patients needs, and has been a great addition to the TEDS team!

Dave, Lisa, Rachel, Brendan, and Aidan have been long time customers here at TEDS. Being a mother of three, Lisa brought the kids in at an early age to try to find shoes that would stand the test of toddlers.
